Firearm Ordering Policy
We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships. Once you have placed an order online or with an associate over the phone, you will be subject to a restocking fee if that order is to be cancelled at any time. Before confirming your order online or over the phone with an associate, please ensure everything is correct as you want to avoid future charges. By placing an order online or speaking with an associate you agree to pay any fees should you cancel or change your order. We apologize for having to implement these changes, but it’s necessary in order to keep our prices low for our customers. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may require additional information before accepting an order.
Purchasing a Firearm Online
All firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer or local gun shop in your area. (FFL – Federal Firearms License.) It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their chosen dealer before purchasing any firearm from our website. This ensures your dealer is willing to transfer your firearm, the firearm is legal in your state, and they are willing to do compliance work – need be.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and cash. When purchasing an item with a credit/debit card.
How To Arrange a Shipment and Transfer?
Please see “FFL Finder” on our website to choose a dealer near you. If the dealer you want to use is not on the FFL Finder, please contact your dealer to send us their FFL license. When sending over an FFL license, please ensure you are including the customer’s name and order number and send to AxolotlArms@outlook.com. As the customer, it is your responsibility to arrange your transfer with your dealer and verify that your chosen dealer will transfer the firearm to you. Upon checkout, if the FFL dealer you are looking for is not listed, please select “FFL is Not Listed? Click here.”
Before You Accept the Transfer
ALL GUNS ARE NEW AND UNOPENED, WE DO NOT INSPECT THE FIREARMS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED!
When picking up your firearm from your FFL, please ensure to inspect the product thoroughly. Confirm the product meets your standards and there are no damages or defects. If you see a problem with your purchase, DO NOT ACCEPT TRANSFER. We will gladly have the firearm shipped back to us at our expense and provide you with your choice of a replacement or full refund.
In case a customer is denied on their ATF Form 4473, the customer is responsible for a return shipping fee along with a restocking fee. See Returns for more information. Once you accept the transfer, the gun is considered used. For warranty repair or replacements please contact directly to the manufacturer. Any firearm that you have accepted is non-returnable and on-refundable. All sales are final
As the customer, you are solely responsible for understanding your state’s laws and restrictions. If the firearm you are ordering needs any modification to meet your states requirements, you are required to contact your FFL dealer before creating an order with us, to ensure they will perform the tasks. In the case a firearm has been shipped to a state where the firearm is not legal, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee.
What Information Do We Collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
What Do We Use Your Information For?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

- To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)

Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Do We Disclose Any Information to Outside Parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
All ammunition orders will be shipped Adult Signature required, ages 21 years or older.
We cannot ship ammunition to HI, AK, GU, VI, PR, or New York City and the five boroughs.
Ammunition must ship to an FFL dealer in CA, MA, and Nassau Co., Bronx, Kings, Queens, Richmond, and New York, NY.
Optic orders over $200.00 are shipped with a signature required with proof of address on file.
If the merchandise is not what you ordered, Axolotl Arms will replace it or give you a full refund if returned within 10 days of receipt (for online orders: 10 days from the day the package was delivered). Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. Axolotl Arms cannot replace products that have been used, unless they are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which you will then send directly to the manufacturer for replacement.
Shortages or missing products need to be reported within 5 days of receipt of item.
Orders cancelled while processing (order has been placed, invoiced and/or shipped) AND unopened items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Goods only accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Refused shipments are subject to return freight charges.
- Any Firearm that is accepted is non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Special Order Items may not be returned.
- Cancelled warehouse item orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
All Firearms are covered by Manufacturer Warranty. In most cases, it is best to send your firearm directly to the manufacturer for repair or adjustment. Most manufacturers offer superior service, if you find a manufacturer un-cooperative with legitimate warranty claims, call us, we will go to bat for you.
We have a 30 day warranty. We will repair, replace, or refund the purchase at OUR discretion. Firearms sent back for warranty claim, that have been altered, missing parts, or attempted self gunsmithing will not qualify for 30 day warranty. Contact us if you have any questions.
Electronic Devices, Hearing Protectors, Lasers, Rangefinders, Lights and other electronic devices are covered by the manufacturer, and must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. No refunds or returns are accepted on these types of items. We only carry Electronic Devices that are covered under warranty by a reputable manufacturer. You should note, we strenuously sort through our manufactures warranties to make sure our customers are covered. Please consult your owner’s manual for warranty information, or contact us for instructions.
If you are not satisfied with your Accessory Product (other than exceptions such as firearms, electronic devices, optics etc.), you may return it within 15 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Item must be unused and in 100% original condition with all labels and papers intact. Contact us by phone or email to return a product.
We will not accept returns for triggers. All sales are final.
